Who do I talk to in order to get a refund? The bugs in this game just as bad as those of moo3. The game is virtually unplayable and I can't even get stardock to accept my serial number. I don't want a long list of fixes. I should not have to rework my PC to work with your game. How about waiting to release the game next time until it's ready?

I'm having this problem as well. Turning off AA just causes the intro movie to freeze, but the voice continues. I'm sick of buying something having to upgrade my PC for a 4X game.
