I contacted stardock support on monday the 26th and I've yet to recieve a reply. One which I was promised within 48 business hours. Now my IE refuses to find the webpage, claiming the server is unreachable. Help please? I'd like to play this game but right now I've shelfed it since I can compete in other games instead.
could you tell me why the registration number under my account/registration doesn't match the one with which I have installed the game and recieved in my verification mail? no I didn't have the beta. For either version

I suffred a brainstorm later in the evening and came up with the idea that maybe the metaverse doesn't recognize my games since it's looking for GC2 original games. That my account is somehow linked to only allow GC2 games and not DA?

It tells me that the game failed to upload the results and asks me if I want to try again.
After patching the game I can now play my newlt purchased DA, however I cannot upload results to the metaverse despite being able to log onto it. How come?
First off, I like this game. Secondly, the metaverse is one of the big differences it has to offer compared to other strat. games. Thirdly, I'm now playing Civ 4 instead since I can submit to the fansbased HoF thy have going and thus get recognition of my achievements. Why am I telling you this? When viewing the metaverse legend I've noticed that there are ranks for the different characters, where/when will these be displayed? Also, how do I show my metaverse stats when posting on this forum? Thankyou.
I don't have a problem so much as a curiosity. I read earlier in this thread that he metaverse updates only once a day, what I'm wondering is when it updates. Is it at a fixed time and if so, when?
When I see my different awards displayed for my metaverse character I wonder how come I'm listed as a human (the second symbol, displaying race) when I've never played them. What are the criteria for displaying race? Also, in the metaverse legend are listed nine achievements awards, what are they? Thanks in advance
Does anyone have any tips on how to achieve a diplomatic victory, what are the prerequesites? I've tried using a tiny map but even though I researched every diplomatic tech available I couldn't even get alliances as an option when negotiating with another civ.
I have posted earlier that I suffered a faulty cheat report on the metaverse but since I did it in someone elses thread I suppose it slipped by. I'd like to know what can be done to prove my innocence. I continued playing after posting the score, and after looking through the save files directory I doubt I have the save left.
