I think I followed the instructions correctly installing this, but I want to dbl.chk. I noticed that minor races build galactic wonders, never seen that before. Is this part of your update?? If I read your instructions right, this is installed just like any mod, then enabled in options, quit game and re-load game, then start new game. Right? I have used to this mod for 1+year and have enjoyed it emensely. Thanks. But I have a problem I can't figure out. When I play the YOR, there is no beginning buildings to build!! I tested other factions, and all I tried had things to build(didn't test 100%, but about 50%). I also used mod on a saved game, and everthing seemed ok. I then disabled mod and used just regular game, and yup, buildings in there on first turn for
