Reply to Caught in an Infinite War in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

The second part of this caught my eye, in a game im working on at the moment, I made the mistake of dropping behind on my milatry strength slightly while trying to bribe my way into the Altarians good side, and they attacked me, followed shortly by the Torians. They weren't allied initialy, but did ally a few turns later.
