how to get peace without a treaty! in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

i don't know if this has been posted before, but i have been able to get peace without having to get a treaty. i just simply give away a planet or two and check the treaty page. i always give away a planet that will return back to the fold in a few turns. this has worked several times.

how do you build the life force??? i have had the dark side for a while now and don't have that option to build it in my social list. am i doing something wrong? any help would be appreciated!

planet message in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

i have had the most aggravating experience twice. a message comes up saying that a planet around some star just became a lvl 33 planet. the name of the planet is given and it is usually a name i never heard of. i then check all of my star systems and can't find it! is it possible that this planet is in an empty system? is there any way of clicking the message screen so it can take me to said planet? it does it for ships, why not planets? i have had this come up twice for two <lv
