So much depends on what developers they have, if theyre exclusively a Windows shop with Directx experience then it makes sense. Things like the Steambox probably dont affect SD, although if Rome Total War 2 is coming our way, the sky is the limit (not a great game I know at the mo, but massive AAA game it must be said). Oh well, back to Europa Universalis IV for me :)
Ah nuts, that reliance on DirectX 11 doesn't sound right for cross-platform game, even worse, wine doesn't support 10 or 11 at all yet. Least Galciv1+2 are playable on this box. Thanks for the FAQ post.
I'll preorder in an instant if I hear about a Linux port. A whole community waits for more details (if OS/2 can get one, surely we can as well :) ) First windows/mac/linux port for stardock perhaps?
File downloaded fine for me (at least no errors decompressing), the problem im having is that whenever im attacked the game crashes! I think i read about this somewhere else in one of the forums the other day, but I couldnt find it again :-/. Any suggestions? can provide logs and save games easily enough. Ive tried both the beta patch and the last offical one, clean install of mod. will try clean install of game at this point. Waiting for account to be activated on the offical
