I checked the forum and galactopedia but couldn't find info on some beginning techs I was offered for a custom race: Innovative History & History of Extremes. Can anyone help me figure these out? I couldn't see any bonuses listed for taking them.

Hello, was hoping maybe this is a common issue with a simple fix. I just had a game crash that seems to have been caused by map scrolling getting stuck. I still had control of the mouse and could go scroll and click on other areas of the map, and even use other empire screens with no issue, but once I go back to the map screen, it's still stuck auto scrolling in a SE direction. A saved game reload didn't help. Anyone have this issue? I am playing TA but seem to recall this issue even being ar

Oh yeah, forgot to add, sometimes my music will platy at 3x the level I set it to (seems like it goes to 100% max), and when I go in to audio options, and touch the slider, the sounds reverts to the level it should be at.

Early in my game, I had to quit for dinner, and reload later on via auto-save (I also tried earlier quicksaves), and all of a sudden the anomalies became invisible. Reloads, game restarts, system restarts all did not fix it. Using what I believe are the latest drivers for my Radeon 9800XT. I can still mouse over the anomalies if I get lucky, and was even able to grab 1 with my surveyor...but this is odd. Is there some kind of option (though I can't imagine 1 for this) for this th

Unless I hit a wrong key by mistake, in my first game, after a reload (from both auto + quick), I lost visual on ALL anomalies in the universe. I knew where one was, and could target and grab it, but they are invisible now, with no way of getting them back on screen. I tried restarting both the game and my system, but nothing. I can't imagine I hit a bad key because, why would there be a setting to hide anomalies (besides in the mini-map obviously)? Edit: I am using a Ra
