Stardock ForumsJust curious what's the highest planet quality you guys have run into? I ended up with a PQ 39 planet. "Inherited" it from the Arceans at PQ 31, and then with some Terraforming techs it ended up at 39 by the end of the game. I figure it must have started around 26 or 27. How come I never get to start with a planet that nice? :p
