Hi folks, I'm in my first game of GC2. It is 1 Dec 2225. I made the difficulty level real easy. At this point, I have four planets. One by one, they stopped showing any available projects until, now, none of them let me build any Projects, even though they all have plenty of unused green space. What's going on? I'm guessing I expanded too rapidly, but I don't see anything that governs this nor do I see any talk in the manual or in a quick scan of the forum. Help??
