i too have the same issues, auto hiding the taskbar makes edge icon and 2 of my quick start icons vanish also i have another problem - when i bring up the start menu the right hand side of the menu is 100% transparent instead of being solid blue, happens everytime i launch Windows 10, only way to sort it is to go into setting and reset the back ground! this also need fixing!
