Galactic civilisations is an abomination! In the last fortnight I haven't had more than 4 hours sleep a night, my social life is crumbling and a weeks worth of washing up awaits me when I go home*. They were all out of range at the time unfortunately. I could send a scout over to look at them though.

The altarians have found some dodgy artifact which increased the level of every planet within 2 sectors (split evenly between them and the arceans) by 16 levels. 16 is a bit much isn't it? Suddenly giving a civilisation a load of 20+ and 30+ planets early in the game is seriously unbalancing! Maybe if it upgraded them by 2 or 3 it would make sense.

Hi, I am getting a crash when I start up stardock central on my machine. According to msdev it is falling over on a mov instruction, but I don't have a call stack. Hardware: AMD athlon 700, 128mb ram. OS: Win98 (SE I think)
