The system is set up to actually discourage planetary specialization, there is nothing wrong with this as a game mechanic, you just have to get used to it. Every planet has a 'set rally point' button in the same place the fleets do, when you select it on the global map, in the bottom.. left/middle area. All produced ships will be launched automatically with that set. Then there's a governor to "Change all planets with rally points of X to Y", for when you want to change it en-masse. Here's my question - what do you have to do to send a whole stack of fleets to a rally point at the same time? I'd like to be able to do tha
