Some of the mods in the library look quite spiffy and I'd like to use them, but if you add in new moral decisions and the like, will your Metaverse scores still be legal for submission? I'm sure this question is answered somewhere, but I can't find it.

I have a problem for which I have no logical explanation. Recently, the Arceans had "Battleship Technology" up in their trade window. Okay, fine, I didn't think much of it at the time- I was at war with them, and I knew I wasn't getting it.
