I'm in the alternative-4th (3rd?) Dread Lords campaign mission where I'm supposed to forge an alliance. I'm not real sure how to do that, though. I figured the option would come up in the trade window when I researched the alliance technology but it ain't there. I gave the technology to the race I want to ally with. Still no joy. I've been giving the guy technologies right and left as well as trading with him. My influence is starting to get so large I'm afraid I'm going to take over half
