For some reason I only get a Class 12 starting planet when starting as the Altarian Resistance. Any other race and it's Class 10. I could have sworn I read somewhere that starting worlds are all Class 12 now with the latest version of DA. I have re-installed with no change...Is this WAD or do I have some funky bug?

I would likethe option under the tax and spend rate sliders to lock-in an approval rate. So, say you want to maintain an approval/morale rating of 75% or 100% to keep the population growth bonuses you can. You would not have to go in and micro-manage the tax rate every turn to make sure you maintain that rate or are under-taxing and are over the target rate. Instead the computer can dynamically adjust the taxation slider to maintain that rate for you..
Along with the spending and taxation sliders I'd like the option to lock-in an approval rating. So, say you lock in an approval rating of 75% or 100% the tax rate will automatically adjust the tax rate turn to turn to maintain that approval rate. I really hate having to go and micro-manage the tax slider to make sure I haven't slipped below the pop growth rate bonus levels or even under-tax so I am way over the target rate without the extra revenue....
