Can't download Movies, always restarts download after 5-20% Downloaded in GalCiv 2 WinCustomize Forums

I've downloaded three of the four components, but trying to download the 551Mb "Movies" part, it always goes a while, then suddenly resets itself to 0% and starts downloading again.
