OK, so had it on pre-order, but never got around to playing. Today i had to format my Pc, so installed it. When i click on my Gal Civ2 Desktop icon, and Switch chapters, i only see the original Gal Civ 2, and Dreadlords. This is a fresh Vista install today, and a free stardock download and install of all the Gal-Civ 2 bits. Any help? Thanks

In 12 games i ahve seen one ranger on my first ever game, and thats it. I never pick luck however.

I'd love to be able to delete colonies, sometimes when ima t war and caprure a planet, i dont want the expense of running it so cant we have some planetary improvement that blows the planet up? Sometimes when its a close fight and i cant afford to defend or upgrade a planet, Scorched earth is the only way to go. Weird, same here, played a lots of Games ranging from Normal to Crippling, and the Drengin are always the first out of the game, pretty much every time. They dominate early on, but never enough to hurt any other of the civs, and by then everyone is way ahead in tech than them and they die out. Happens pretty much every game.

Heh, i gave up on the campaign with this mission. I can beat 5 opponents on Bright on any map in the normal game, but after over 10 ties on this campaign mission i gave it up lol.

Yup, group as many transports together in a fleet as you can. You will prolly have to upgrade your logistics though. They attack together that way

You've got to be nuts! Grab-scrolling is incredible--I can get anywhere on the map with a quick spin out of the wheel, drag and drop, and spin back in. Whereas it would be a massive pain to get to a precise location across the map even if edge scrolling was perfect. I hate it, it doesnt feel at all in

They build them like nuts in my games. I play on Challenging level. I struggle to grab the worlds i want usually as they grab planets fast.

Yup scrolling is a big annoyance for me too. You can grab the background and move around like that, but its no-where near as easy as scrolling using the mouse, you can't move diagonals for some odd reason, and half the time it doesnt register your mouse is at the end f the screen to move left or right. Ok so in 4-5 games i ahve messed about with maybe a 100 of my own ship designs, the problem is that they come back on every new game i play, so now when i research a tech, i ahve about 20 ships listed i coudl build, most are garbage that i just used to test with. Any way to clear my ships made database each game so i dont have to wade through a mile long scroll bar of custom ships?

When you get a message saying XXX world has build XXX. There is no mini map in the planet viewer, so i dont know if the planet is a border world and needs a starport and influence buildings making, or if its a back water planet miles from the front line that is ripe for a research or economy build. Any chance we can have a world map, that just shows the planets location in relation to your empire? would stop me having to come out of the plan

Ok say i have a ship, and i alt tab out, sometimes, when i attack an enemy and move to a different tile, the image of my fleet stays on the tile i moved from, it is not selectable, and is just a graphical anomaly, however its getting to the point where i have a lot of fake fleets showing on my screen. I alt-tab a lot, so i think this maybe has caused it. My graphics card is a GeForce 5900xt 128Mb, i have 2Gb memory, Althon XP
