I'm having a graphical problem I hope you can help me with. I'm using the default windows 10 start button, together with small taskbar buttons and a quick launch toolbar. As you can see in the picture below (which I have enlarged for clarity) there is a graphical bug with the shading. I would prefer the shading had a consistent width (same width as picture no. 2). 1. standard, nothing clicked. 2. Mouse hovering over start button. 3. start button
So, basically the modern style, with the option to change the right hand side (shortcuts) to tiles.

Hi, So after using Start 8 for a long time, I've just bought the Start 10 upgrade, after upgrading to Windows 10. I have a few problems and suggestions: 1) Problem: I'm using the Start 10 Modern Style, my taskbar buttons are set to "small" and I have added a quick toolbar (just like the one in Windows XP and Vista). The line separates recently used programs with pinned programs and is not a "problem". This is how it has normally been since basically forever. Above the line you have pinned programs and can drag them to change the order. Below the line is recently used programs. These cannot be re-ordered. You can remove items from both lists my right clicking on an item and selecting remove.
