Reply to screen resolution question 1280x960 or 1280x1024 ? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

My laptop has both 1280 x 1024 and 1280 x 960 as options. For simple scalability, I stick with the 4/3 ratio. I'm using a Fujitsu with the TFT that looks like a CRT. It is the reason I bought it over other brands. I photograph eagles and do some highend graphics. It isn't worth the hassle to have to optimize for a resolution outside the standard ratio. Speaking of which, anybody know the HTML/whatever to check the screen resolution of someone visiting your site? I'd like to set

The error I am getting is not as listed by Gregory2001. The error is the WindowsXP error saying DesktopX.exe has to close, sorry for the inconvenience. I have emailed the complete history with error file to KarmaGirl

Hi! I was using 1.3, then 1.98(d)b and was sailing along just fine. Any version after that crashes on startup. Even the newly released 2.0 beta. Things I've tried: install over 1.3 Install over 1.98 Uninstall all DesktopX and install new version(s). None of this works.
