I just recently started playing galciv and I'm a little rusty. any advice on what to do when you start a new game. that is the area I always have trouble with.

Hi, my name is daveman and I am a long time fan of galactic civs. I haven't been able to play it in awhile, but i want to start playing again. I found my old galciv2 ultimate edition install disk, but not the game disk. is there any way I can play without it.
