Hi all, I'm completely new to Gal Civ 2 (but totally loving it), so please forgive the newbie question. I'm playing through the first campaign and my homeworld in the second mission has very low approval. So I decided to build some morale improvements. Right now the planet has 3 "Extreme Stadiums". Its approval is still very low, though. The approval equation says: -75% from Population. -26% from taxes. +20% from buildings.
