I use the OD as sort of a quick launch replacement. I like the taskbar on the top of the screen, and I keep the OD small on the bottom. Desktops are cutomizable for a reason: Everyone has different tastes. Look at your acutal decktop. Does everyone keep their stapler in the same place?
