You are correct. There are 2 links in the stardock start menu. All works as you said. I will leave everything as is and wait for your update to correct the issue. Thanks for your help

Should I uninstall the app and reinstall it. When I click on start 11 I get the old version It seems that both atlre installed. Could there be a conflict.

I was given an option to upgrade Start 11 to V.2 I did so and it installed with no problem. I activated it again no problem. When I tried to open it I received a big red notice that this version will not run on this PC. I did not uninstall the on LG Gram with a intel evo version. I have an LG Gram with an Intel evo i7 chip. What is the issue?
