Hi, We have this on our list of feature requests for a future version. Thank you again for your interest in Fences! Zargon

Hi, We have not seen this, but we will try to reproduce. Thank you for the debug information! Zargon
Hi, Update, this is only an issue for Windows XP users. If you are running Windows Vista or 7 this will not be an issue for you. As a result we will not be fixing this for Windows XP. Zargon
This was fixed in the latest version of Fences. Please update your Fences Pro or uninstall and reinstall the free version of Fences. Zargon
Try uninstalling and reinstalling Fences. This issue was on our test and fix list. We believe it is fixed. If not, please send over your system specifications. Zargon
Sounds like your icon cache was corrupt. Here is a place you can go with instructions as to how to fix that problem: http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/how-to-rebuild-the-icon-cache-in-windows-vista/ Their instructions miss this folder, clear out this one as well before restarting Explorer: Do the same for this folder C:\Users\[USERNAME]\appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows\
Hi, We have reproduced this and can confirm with a lot of desktop icons (which is what Fences is all about!) this can happen. We are looking into the issue. Zargon
Hi, Fences uses the display language of the PC. If you have Windows Ultimate you can change the display language of Windows and Fences will pick up on that. Do you want two different display languages? If so, why? Zargon
Thank you for pointing this out. We are going to enhance grid control in some way, I will see if we can work this into the design. Zargon
Hi, Thank you for reporting this with the excellent screen shots. We have requests to better handle display changes. I added your comments and screen shots to the request. Zargon
Yes, currently there are no "timed" arrange features. I will add this to our list of features for consideration moving forward. Zargon
The latest version of Fences should have resolved this issue. Please upgrade your Fences Pro or uninstall and reinstall the free version. Please let us know if your performance issues have been resolved. Zargon
Did hiding the shortcut arrow satisfy your needs? Zargon
Hi, This should be fixed in the latest version. Please upgrade your Fences Pro or uninstall and reinstall the free version. Zargon
Hi, We have seen this happen, but only at different resolutions. Did you take the snapshot at another resolution (other than the one you are restoring it at)? Zargon
Hi, Yes, unfortunately that feature turned out to be really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really difficult to support. So alas, we had to remove it from the product. Zargon
Hi, What language are you using? It is possible that you are using a language that does not have that feature localized. Zargon
Hi, Yes, one of the things we put as the first and foremost feature of Fences is that it never deletes files. If you cannot find a file on your desktop, view the desktop through Explorer and move the shortcut/file off of the desktop and back again where you want it to be. Again, Fences never deletes files. Zargon
Hi, This is a commonly requested feature and we have it in our labs. Thank you for your interest in Fences! Zargon
This should have been fixed. Please try the Pro version or uninstall and reinstall the Free version. Zargon
We do not have a fix yet, I will look into this issue with the developers. Zargon
Hi, As a follow-up we are going to be including some of your features in the next release of Fences. Thanks for your ideas! Zargon
Looks like this problem is still an issue for many. I wasn't able to get this one resolved.
James, Are you running any other desktop customization software? Zargon
