Start8 Program Menu not showing all program folders in Start8 Stardock Forums

Hope this hasn't been asked and answered in another post, but I couldn't find it. The problem is that when I click the Start button and hover over All Programs that portion opens, but doesn't show all available programs, e.g. clicking on Microsoft Office 13 shows "Empty," yet all the Office modules are in Program Files (x86), under Microsoft Office (*) and work from there, all are currently activated (*Actually, I think that none of the programs I had added before or sin
