In the foreign policy screen(where you can trade with others....theres a trade embargo option,what does that do? And when you try to set up an economic treaty do you ask for it or do you select it for the other guy?
now it says theres no connection when i try to download it and the internet is on?
I uninstalled gc2 because i installed some star trek ships wrong,and i then deleted the remaining folders in the directories and documents. I then reinstalled and when i go to play the main menu buttons are there but have no writting on them and it freezes on tutorial. What i need to know how to do is completely remove gc2 from my pc and then reinstall it from scrap but i cant seem to do this. Can anyone help me..i wanna play? Heres my erro
