This is John a friend of Susan's. I'm a registered user of Start10 and I also purchased Start10 for her. On my PC and her PC the launchbar is displayed above the taskbar. On both systems I added a folder to the launchbar. On my system when I mouse over the folder in the launchbar it automatically expands and I can select the desired application. On her PC when I mouse over the folder in the launchbar it does not expand, if I click on the folder it opens in the windows file manager.</p

I've selected the option to Open submenus when I pause on them with the mouse pointer but it is not working. How do I get this working?
I'd like to see a feature added to Start8 that would allow me to get flyout menus for the items on the right-side after clicking on the start button. If it currently exist I don't know how to set it up.
You have my vote for the small icons - I need the space and I need to see more.
