Reply to Why is it taking so long to process my order in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I purchased WindowBlinds on the 24th. By the 25th still nothing in my downloads/registration section in my account, no email confirmation so I emailed customer service. Haven't received any response yet via email or anything and my bank account was billed 2 days ago. Any help please?
