Order placed but still waiting in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

Placed an order for windowblinds as I'm using the trial at the minute. Completed checkout with paypal and it went straight to pending. Can you complete the order for me please? You pop up advert on system start up does say that buying it is an instant unlock so what's going on?
