I purchased it off Steam a few days ago and am looking forward to getting back in to the game. But do you (or anyone else) know if there is a way to disable one or more of the DLC?

My date had to back out at the last minute (no worries...Long term girl friend. It happens) so I resorted to taking my 60 year old mother with me to see it. I thought it was a great flick. I just don't get it. I'm only playing (DA) on Tough level and I just can't seem to keep up. The AI seems to swarm me with ships that I cannot hope to match. I wish I could post a few saved games here. I have read the tips here and I don't think I'm all that dim but how can I counter fleets with ten times my attack factor? I really like this game but I'm about to just give up.

The difficulty level was tough. For the next one I tried the Iconians on a gigantic map with stars & planets set to rare. Level crippling with 3 AI. I'm not sure I'll finish this one. They had taken over 2 other civilizations before they turned there eyes on me. They took a couple planets from me before I was able to deploy to meet the threat. I'm playing a DA game and had 9 trade routs. All the sudden 8 of the trade routs disband for no reason I can see. OK...No big deal. I can build a few more trade ships. Build the trade ships & move them to set up new trade routs..."You have the maximum number of trade routs allowed." But I only have one trade rout! I will attach the saved game if I can figure out how to do so.
