I found I had trouble uploading anything that was in a folder nested several levels deep. Moving it to the root of one of my hard drives before uploading worked for me.

Not sure. Maybe you could try posting a screenshot to news.stardock.com in stardock.desktopx.binaries and maybe ask the question in the stardock.desktopx newsgroup. It may be that other people have run into the same thing. I have not tried this theme. Will do now though.

You just need to rename it to .dxtheme. Then double click it or select it from Load Theme in DesktopX.
