TrueSef -> Suggestion: Create a new folder below the LogonStudio folder. Give it the same name as the the title of the .logonXP file. Extract the files into that new folder. If you haven't changed the default "logons path" in LogonStudio, it'll show up in the "available logons" list and you can then "apply" it. Hope that helps.

I dunno. Maybe the author created WinZip archives initially and then changed the ".zip" extensions to ".logonXP" for some reason??? It sure looks that way...and the fact that WinZip treated it *exactly* like a common zip archive seems to agree with that hypothesis. Just a thought...

Thanks guys, but the solution (for me, at least) was to rename the ".logonXP" files to ".zip" and then extract the files with WinZip. Weird, huh?

I installed LogonStudio. I downloaded a couple of adni's ".logonXP" files from WC. Simply "double-clicking" on the files doesn't seem to do anything. I've tried other methods too, such as "load" and then "appl" in LogonStudio. The logons never show up in the list of "Available Logons". The only thing I've managed to do, after all of this, is to reset my logon to the default XP logon...I had been using the "other guy's" logon manager...without ever hitting that "restore default logon" button.
