I have steam version. I tried to reinstal game several times but it dasn't help. P.s I don't know where exactly are saved games so I can't do anything.

I deleted some old ships but they are stil in the game. I mean I don't see them in ship designer but they are visable in starport and on the screen when I got new tech. Is there a way to delete them completely?
