Stardock Central ( which ususlly works well ) seems to get the "files to download" list normally. Then it starts to send the changed files. It sends a tiny bit then a countdown message. comes up saying "waiting 3 (-2-1) seconds". Then it sends another little bit and then another "waiting ..." message. The net result is currently This on a Cable modem. Anyo
