i think i've worked it out, its a diplomatic win but only happens when I select random opponants, bug?

hi, i've got an issue i cant seem to find an answer for anywhere on the forums - every time i start a new game, no matter what race, i instant win after the first turn... any ideas why? seems to happen no matter what options you pick for the game
