The point of buying an SSD and putting the OS on it is for faster boot times. The point of only putting the OS on the SSD is for faster boot times only. Certain games/programs (virus scanner) will benefit greatly from an SSD as well. Why the need for 2TB of space? I have 1TB and have never used more then 1/2.
