Just did an upgrade install of the current Win10 preview. Already had Start8 installed, and it worked (at least somewhat) after the upgrade. Went to install the trial of start10, and did a reboot. It got trapped in a loop with both start10 and start8 trying to load. This caused a lot of flicker and was unusable. Was able to Ctrl-Alt-Del to get to taskmanager, and found BOTH trying to run. Killed the start8 service, and then was able to unin

would also echo that there may be a bug in the apps display for the metro items under the search box. Not only doesn't it scroll, they can't be selected. For example, Finance works if you select the app in the left side full listing of "Apps", but not in the right side listing. Overall, a nice way to have "start" access to the FULL set of items (i.e. get to the full Apps listing without have to go start screen, left mouse, etc.) and a very good com

JUst to be more clear, it is the app list from the start screen, which is in effect the display of the start menu folders including things pinned, etc.
