NOT ENOUGH ADMINISTRATORS IN 'IMMENSE' GALAXY's (only 90-max.) in Galactic Civilizations III GalCiv3 Forums

I enjoy playing 'Immense' galaxies, but find I quickly run out of access to administrators around 90. Following that I can not build any star-bases, survey ships, contractor ships, or ship to inhabit new planets. Is there a fix for this?
