A simple uncheck run as administrator solved the problem. No more popups and black screens.
On medium, the recommended setting. No, I am usually just asked once for permissions and only when I launch certain programs; fences asks at what seems like random times.
I recently downloaded and installed fences pro and it asks for permission to run on my windows 7 at least once an hour and it does this twice back to back through the user account program which dims the screen. I have opened all permissions allowing it to read and write and what not, but that has changed nothing. Everything else about it works fine and I know I could stop the problem by turning off my user account settings, but it has informed me of malicious software before so I do not want
