Hello, I have made a previous post about not being able to get Galactic Civilizations 2 to work on my computer. I sent an email off to support, a ticket was created for me, but then nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. I received in my email two days ago to see a notice saying my ticket was going to be closed unless they received a response from me and I replied to that email, pointing out how frustrating it had been and I had gone three weeks without any help or speaking with staff
I've tried changing the resolution and I've tried windowed mode and unfortunately it still will not run. :/ I sent my request in just after midnight on the 12th, so I didn't hear anything on the 12th or 13th. I'm hoping to hear back soon however.
I've done three reinstalls and tried different things each time, and it's not working. I tried to contact Stardock but all I got was an automatic reply and my ticket is still open.
Hello, I used to play Galactic Civilizations 2 when it came out a few years ago. I recently bought the Ultimate edition and I have had nothing but problems with it. I managed to solve the problem where the screen was black and then the game crashes only to have the game constantly crash when I try to click New Game. Sometimes I get as far as selecting what race I want to play, other times it just crashes after I click the button. Here is my error report: <
