None - it's a clean instal..

Hi I just started playing the Twilight of the Arnor expansion and I noticed that my miners didnt work at all. There is not mining module installed (on the first miner you get on "new game") and there is no mining module available in the shipyard. Selecting the Space Miner only gives me a greyed out option to "construct" and nothing else.. What is wrong? I have the Ultimate Edition and the miners works fine in Da
