It is now January 10th and I have still not heard from stardock support. I just received my Visa bill and I've been charged $54.95 which is NOT what they said was the cost for my 2 year renewal. I've e-mailed them twice and have yet to hear back. My next step is the better business bureau. Who can I call to get my money back?
No, and I just received my bill from my credit card for $54.95 so basically I wondering what I paid my money for? I've been paid up since December 24, 2006 without a word. I recently upgraded to Desktop 2007 and paid for that and renewed my wincustomize for what reason? Now I need to know how do I get my money back or they need to restart my 2 year renewal when they actually do it. Is there a phone number or e-mail address that I can contact someone?

I just purchased Object Desktop 2007 2 weeks ago and I renewed my subsciption for wincustomize on Christmas Day for 2 years. I received the confirmation with an order # but for the serial number it states [to be shipped from stardock]. There has been no change in my status (it still states I'm a level 4) on my personal page. What's up?
Is there a Objeck desktop, Object dock plus for idiots manual. Purchased products but am having a hard time using them to their capabilities. I am a real novice but love the program and what it has let me do so far
