Question, does the current version of the mod use AIP 8 or not?

I'm pretty sure that the movement rate of the starbases is hardcoded to 0, so you can't mod it. The only starbase that can move is the terror star in ToA. However there is a cheat where you can move any ship to any location of your choice, but it's a cheat so you can't use it when playing a metaverse game.
