Hi, i casually played level 1 and got through it to my suprise. I played level 2 on tough mode being AI on 100% i understood. I read a bit about playing the game and so on this attempt of level 2. I colonized the best planets. I colonized 4or 5 planets and the enemy only had 1 i guessed. After playing level 2 on this difficulty for awhile i went to see the enemy. I basically had dominance on this level and i thoguht this was meant to be tough. So i am wandering now that for level 3 i
