Thank you for your prompt reply. I followed your link, and it shows me the two expansions and an expansion bundle, but there is no serial listed for the original Galactic Civ II. I bought the original in a store, probably wal-mart, thought I don't recall. I am very sure I used the serial with it to update the game, however, I don't know that I did anything in addition to that. Are entering the serial and registering two separate processes?

Hey. I attempted to go through esupport.stardock.com, but I'm guessing I was in the wrong place as no one responded to my ticket and I posted just before Christmas.
