AOL instant messanger Icon in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I dont know about everybody elts, but I HATE that orange on the AOL Icon, and i was wondering how (this may sound stupid to all the computer wizards out there) to edit the icon...i have a pic mad in Paint that i could use, but i dont know how to apply it to the icon... i was hopeing somebody might be able to help.
