Got my updates, whoa what happened in Dark Avatar GalCiv2 Forums

Hello, Well, after a couple of years of playing, i finally figured out how to update my DA original version through impulse, and of course i am noticing some of the updates during gameplay (first noticed increased costs to build ships), i've searched through the forum and can't find a description of what the updates changed, can anyone point me in that direction? Much appreciated!
