Also be advised that after your subscription expires, they won't allow you to download any more content ,such as skins, from the site. Even if you purchase software and own a license they will shut down your ability to download any content until you pay for another SUBSCRIPTION to something . Trust me , I learned the hard way, despite the fact that I was a content creator, I was shown the door more or less. <span style="font-size

I remember the very last time Wincustomize and Stardock held the very last skinning competition. I was all fired up and excited about completing an IconPackage that I had been working on to enter into the competition. Near to the date of the competition , they announced that the IconPackager category was not going to be included in the competition this time. After that, is when things changed for me here. I never genuinely felt the same. It seems they fe

Since we're on the subject of skinning , I would just like to say that , despite the fact that I own almost a dozen pieces of Stardock software that I have purchased and use , I am still blocked from downloading even my own art work from the gallery. -- Ace --

Iconpackager 10 Does NOT work properly on Windows 11. Live Folders Do NOT work on Windows 11 and if you want to build an IconPackage with IconPackager 10 on Windows 11 , you will find that some icons are NOT placed properly. This all being the case , then NO , IconPackager 10 does NOT work properly on Windows 11. I'm also not just some RANDOM user here. -- Ace --
Works on my laptop just fine.
Do "Live" Folders work from third party iconpackages or just the Windows default package ? I'm betting they don't. If they don't , then IconPackager cannot be called Compatible with Win11

I have been using Windows 11 for a few months now and find that Iconpackager 10 definitely needs a makeover in order to work properly in Win 11. "Live" folders do not work and from what I can tell are actually being displayed as a "closed" folder in some cases , or "data" folders in others. I can say that "live" folders do work if you're using the Windows 11 default iconpackage in IconPackager , but other packages do not seem to be displ
Sorry, I have no good advice for you. I don't think Filetypesman - x64 has been updated for Windows 11 and IconPackager & IconDeveloper has not yet been updated to work with Windows 11 either, so I guess it comes with a risk running any of them.
Roger that. Thanks for the reply [e digicons]|-)[/e] -- Ace --

I don't understand what's going on here. I've tried Filetypesman - x64 , to try to change the association , but nothing works, it continues to revert back to Icon Developer as the default program for opening dll files. This is in Windows 11. I really don't know how else to explain this , so I've included a screen capture to show what I'm talking about. Anybody out there know anything about this and whether it can be corrected -- or not ?&nbsp

Just got out of the hospital yesterday. Was admitted last week Sunday Aug. 7th. I contracted a Sars2 variant of Covid. Odd thing was that 2 out of 2 Covid tests came back negative for the virus. I was vaccinated last year in March/April. This really kicked my ass !! I spent a week in a drug induced high. To top it off , I contracted pneumonia as a little icing on the cake. I'm back home now ,but still recovering from the pneumonia , which is a hell of a

I really liked Windows 11 when I had it installed. My desktop did not meet the requirements for Win 11 so I got the patched version and installed from a USB stick. Installation went fine. I was running it for a couple weeks , then things started happening. It seemed to stop loading updates and my PC would just randomly shut down for no apparent reason. I mean it would literally shut off. I would have to manually unplug the PC and then plug it back in for it to
