how would I go about giving races -100% influence bonus? seems like moding or coding is needed for that. im not too sure if im able to do so.

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to mod or turn off the Influence/ Cultural take over of planets. It just seems to be way over powered to me, Makes game play rough. Any help would be great thanks.
