Thanks for getting back to me Heft. I'm happy to report that my problems have been solved. It was caused by AVG security software, and it was solved when a search on the error message found this (unlike in the video, my AVG did not pop up a screen, I just got the error message). good luck to you - and yeah, I'm on win7 too.

I've also posted in the 'modding forum' about my inability to get this to work in win7 ultimate edition. Any chance of a fix or something? Look forward to any advice on this as I really want it to work.
Hi there, I have finally downloaded the 130Mb HiRes 2.0 mod from http://www.i-mod-productions.com, only to find that unlike other mod files it is an exe file. When I double click it the error message is that 'windows cannot access the specified device, path or file'. Perhaps I need to open it in a certain folder? I've tried in the main folder, mods folder and in the Twilight folder with no luck. Or perhaps it doesn't work with 'Ultimate Edition' which is how I go
Thanks for getting back to me. I have found the thread in the library, but that only downloads a small file with instructions to go to the i-Mod website, where, as noted above, the download has not been working. As you suggest, I will try and find Stefan at i-Mod.

Yah, I just got into this game about 6 months ago, just working my way through the campaigns before starting up some hugish map. Almost at the end of the Twilight campaign, in the scenario where I have to build a terror star. Perhaps this is the last scenario in the campaign?
